I’ve heard that the Chinese count you as a year old at birth so I suppose that makes you 13 the year when your sign first comes around again? Could explain why she’s growing up so fast ;)
I’ve heard that too. I think they use to do that in China because after nine months in the womb, the baby is closer to one than zero.
